zupconnect provides browser-based international calling services using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. Our Service allows users to make phone calls to landlines and mobile phones worldwide directly from their web browser without requiring additional software installation.

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a prepaid credit system:

• Credits must be purchased before making calls
• All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
• Call rates vary by destination and are displayed before each call

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Automated calling, robocalling, or telemarketing without consent
• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions.

Call quality depends on various factors including your internet connection, device capabilities, and network conditions. While we use industry-standard technology to ensure high-quality calls, we cannot guarantee perfect call quality in all circumstances.
